Deleana asked for the list so here is what I had thought about doing:

Food Challenge (anyone can do this)

Pick one OR more and try to stick to it.

1. Only 2 cans of soda / pop a week.

2. Limit 3 SERVINGS of sweets a week (maybe pick 2 days)

3. only 2 cups of coffee per week (or if needed 4 - 1/2 cups) These

are regular size cups, not the jumbo ones I see in the sales office.

4. for the ones that like low carb: limit to 3 SERVINGS of carbs per

week (mainly bread, pasta, and potato's)or try and replace a carb

choice with a vegtable serving.

5. Drink 64 OZ of water a day. if it's hard to drink plain water, try

adding lemon, or they now have flavored bottle water. I am hooked on

the Propel, and the crystal light on the go packets that you add to a

16 OZ bottle.

If you would like you can start out with 1, and add one next month. I

picked these, cause I know some people have a hard time cutting

things totally out. Plus I think you should be able to eat in

moderation. If you have others that are your weakness and want to add

it that is fine. I just didn't want to have a long list.
