I have to add that the Salmon in a pouch is awesome to make salmon

patties with. I use the entire pack of salmon and add chopped

bellpepper chopped celery and a little lemon juice. Seems like there

was something else that I added, but it's not coming to me at the

moment. I put a little olive oil in the skillet, make the patties and

cook until they are golden brown. They are quite yummy and add a

variety to the same old same old with tuna.

Thanks for this post Andy, I'll have to check that tuna out as soon as

I run out of the 20 plain pouches that I have already. I suppose I

could just add my own flavorings. HMMMMMMM:)

do you happen to know how the salmon patties hold up in the fridge, I

am alwyas looking for easy things that I can prepare several days

worth at a time.
