I read through the entire list, and didn't see Sugar mentioned in the ingredients - but it's mentioned in the list of what you put in the blender. How much Sugar goes in? Can I use splendor, instead? Guest guest
Crys, I am pretty much in the shadows on this list but I really wanted to say that I agree with you 100%. I have had remarkable success with WW. I have been a " fast " loser so far ( 11 weeks OP w/22.8 lb loss ) but I think that the number is not as important as the health aspect. I too have to eat REAL food once every couple of weeks. It doesn't seem to slow down the weight loss really, but even if it did the satisfaction of eating prime rib outweighs it a little. What I have learned is portion size. I no longer order the " king size " of anything. I don't eat as much anymore because I no longer want as much. It's working out well for me. I drink TONS of water, do 2-3 miles 4-6 day/week on the treadmill and enjoy my life. Thanks for your post and the inspiration you keep providing me !
