Absolutely! Eat it cold...eat it hot. Either way is good. Also for vegetables, raw, fresh celery, baby carrots, bell pepper, yellow squash, zucchini squash all travel well in a thermo bag. It was the lemon kind (the bar, not the meeting) and really tasty, though with a mildly disturbing note on the wrapper saying that it's " nutrition for women. " Picked them because they tasted better than the other bars and had fewer carbs, tho still a fairly high number. Women in the office mock me for them but I don't seem to be any more willing to ask directions since starting to consume them, so I think I'm OK. I don't know Dave. I think I'm starting to see a pattern here. Kelley

Guest guest
The numbers look good to me. It will be interesting to see any effect of the increased calories. I think your protein intake is fine. Andy > Hi All, > Here's my menu...Any comments will be appreciated

Guest guest
Although BFL advises to do cardio in the AM if you can, doing it in the PM is fine too! I'm not going to go into detail, but I don't think it will hurt anyone's progress at all to do the workout at different times. Andy > I know I don't wait an hour before I eat after the gym. I eat right after my workouts like most people do. Why do you go to the gym at 8pm if you are doing cardio??? Can't you go earlier.

Guest guest
I've a whole artichoke a few times. I think they are challenging to eat, but good. I've never tried to prepare them myself and I'm not sure what the nutrition info is for them compared to other veggies. I prefer to eat the artichoke hearts on pizza. Andy > Honduras?
