Guest guest
About 21 minutes today, with a minute or so of extra abs (didn't time it, and did just enough to say I did it.) I'm sweaty and hot, and tired, and my arms in the shoulder are baggy and weak....ahhhh, a great workout. This was on the Basic Taebo Live workout which is very fast paced for me....so even to keep up to the kicking part... was progress. My legs don't feel worked out but my arms sure do. But as arms get stronger, and my endurance grows, I'll be able to work longer and deeper. I always stop when I notice that I'm not caring about form and am basically flailing about or if my muscles begin trembling. Do you all have a "stop" signal? Or do you just work to the end, no matter what? My real long term goal is to be able to finish one of his Advanced tapes. Short term goal is to be able to finish one of the basic tapes. I'd like to get stronger, but it's not that important, tho' it is a real part of the process. Of course, I don't know if my sudden improvement is because that medicine is kickin' in...tho' it started about 2 weeks after I started taking it,...or if my body just gave up the struggle to be a true couch potato. It probably is the nerves improving, since other non-exercise stuff is improving too, like my hands/feet/ other parts don't have burning, nor are they going numb. Either way, or for whatever reason, I'm improving, and I intend to keep on working at it. So if I have to slide back to where I was, then it will be a longer slide back. LOL. This is my motto that I keep above my computer : "Don't give in, don't give up." I ought to change that to "Never give in. Never give up." I think that's stronger. Well, I'm off to the showers, ....
