Is anyone thinking of starting a new challenge soon that has a number of Tae Bo/working out to do by a certain date? It sure would help me keep on track even if just a few of us did it..LOL! Peace.. Guest guest
I have a winter challenge ongoing right now, it allows you to pick you own goal for the month as to number of workouts you want to complete. You can also try to meet a weekly ab/glute workout, a monthly foundation workout, pushup or situp and eating goals. All or none. I will be starting a new data base for february and march if you are interested. Guest guest
Because of my knees, I do Wall pushups. Basically, I use my heavy TV console to hang on to, putting my feet a couple of feet back so my body is at an angle (think triangle) . And do push ups from that angle. No pressure on the knees, and my arms/chest get the workout. The more of an angle back, the heavy the load, the closer, the lesser. Also the lower you get to the ground, the heavier the load. Later I'll graduate to using a chair or a sofa, and I hope to be able to eventually do them on the floor but not on my knees. Hope that helps.
