I find with this new drug that I'm physically improving so I'm gently testing how far I can go. I wasn't strained or shaking or any of that. Just a bit sweaty, and a bit worked out. Tomorrow I'll try 17, and so on, until I find the magic number. My goal has always been to be able to complete my workout tapes. I also noticed, finally, an improvement on my ability to do stomach exercises. I can do more at a deeper level. Yeah, me. It's amazing how much this one drug is helping me to improve.
