Guest guest Posted August 14, 2012 Report Share Posted August 14, 2012 TXFC’s how long after a kidney or K/P transplant are you required per your TX Cnt to ensure the patient has financial means for post care? Of course our patients are informed of Medicare closed post 36 months if Medicare approved on ESRD only and etc. I am curious if TXFC have a standard rule to follow on the financial post care.
