General Health question

I pretty much know the answer, but I thought I'd check and see if

there is first hand knowledge here. In the realm of foundational

health I was looking through the primal defense site when I was

ordering Goatein. Anyways, the other garden of life product perfect

food really appealed to me especially since I don't always have the

time to make myself the necessary greenery. Has anyone tried it? Is

there anything in there that runs contrary to recovery? ,

is this a product you would recommend under the parameters by which

I brought it up, although everything is about recovery nowadays?
