Guest guest
I sleep on half a dozen beach towels. They are drenched, and I am soaked to the skin when I wake up. My hair is dripping too. Firs thing I do is supplement with water and ionic trace minerals. If I don't I have horrendous muscle spasms all over my body. Then I strip the bed, put everything in the washing machine and head for the shower. I feel like death warmed over. It's amazing what the body can do. I try to to think of it as a free FIR sauna. Isn't this fun. Josie
Guest guest
Hi Josie. Do you have any problems with sweating or hot flashes during the day? I have had some wild night sweats, especially after a total hysterectomy, but not as severe as what you describe. My cousin did have them similiar to you. She would wake several times per night drenched. Had to shower and go to another place to sleep as the sheets were wet. She was in her late 40's when it began. It drove her nuts as she felt like crap the next day as her sleep was constantly disrupted. You might consider having your sex hormone levels checked. The most accurate way to do that is with a saliva test. That approach worked for me. After being tested and treated over the past year and a half, I no longer have night sweats of any consequence. Also, infections can cause night sweats. Babesia is known for them. I wish you the best in dealing with this issue, as it can sure cause a lot of problems with how you feel and getting proper sleep. /MI > > I sleep on half a dozen beach towels.
