Guest guest Posted November 18, 2001 Report Share Posted November 18, 2001 For a 4 point snack: 1/2 c. light (no sugar added) chocolate ice cream, 1/3 c. skim milk and 1/2 banana chopped. I mix the ice cream and skim milk with a fork to make it a bit chunky then add the chopped banana. Eat with a baby spoon!
