Guest guest
Can anyone tell me if this is a wow supplement or just one to have in the arsenal? Any postive or negative experiences? Guest guest
There are no guaranteed wows with anything, wish there was. That said, inositol has been very good for Dean. It will handle OCD issues for many kids. We use pure inositol from www.beyond-a-century.com (code #104) You may have to call the 800 number, they have redone their site and it wasn't on there a couple of weeks ago, but I did bring it to their attention. Here is an article on inositol. We found that it take gram doses (as mentioned in the article) to get to OCD. Dean takes 2 tsps a.m. and 2 right after school. http://www.thorne.com/altmedrev/fulltext/inositol3-6.html > > Is this good for all kids? I saw this in M. Guest guest
500mg once a day at night. It is one of the supplements that we buy in bulk from Now and cap it ourselves to save money.

Guest guest
I guess I'll just have to keep experimenting since we are well over that dose. So glad you have found relief for your child from OCD. Can you tell me how to find supplies to cap your own? My husband just started taking turmeric and it would be so much cheaper to cap them than to pay $16 for a bottle. The bulk spices are cheaper. Guest guest
, Thanks a lot for the Inositol dose. I have the NOW brand too and I have been giving him a very tiny little bit with his meals and perhaps that is why I have seen only a slight improvement because the dose is too small, but now I will increase it slowly and se how he goes. Guest guest
I don't want to cap the inositol. I mix that with water. I wanted to cap the turmeric for my husband.
