Make sure that you put in exactly what is coverd in the global rate and when the global rate begins and ends. Make sure to put in some kkind of reimbursement structure in case things start but don't proceed to transplant. I would also try to put a minimum reimbursement rate in, if they will go for that. > > I have never done a global billing contract.
