Tiers for 2012 commercial group formularies?

Hi Friends, I’m ashamed to report that my employer has moved most immunos, including several generic versions, to our new “specialty” tier, which will raise the monthly copays for employees and their dependents from $10-25 to $100 across the board. Are others seeing this trend in commercial group plans form 2012? Appreciate any feedback you can offer.
