I have noticed over the last two years that a common trend is

for commercial groups to switch from a standard copayment plan to coinsurance

for medications. This generally comes with an out-of-pocket maximum. However,

I think most employers are trying to save themselves and their employees from

raising premiums. It’s unfortunate, but I don’t know that this will change

with our current economic situation.
