It was so sweet it was gross...and despite my preference for sugar-free foods that use Splenda, this one was so " sugared " up that I actually had a bad after taste from the Splenda. That is a definite reject as far as I'm concerned. Kelley

They come in great flavors, have 20 g protein, 19 g carbs, and 2.5 g fat. I get a box of 15 for $18.75 which equals $1.25 each. Today I have Fudge Truffle. No goo, just a good chocolatey taste. Other favorite flavors are chocolate mint and chocolate coconut and honey nougat. Kelley

Guest guest
I tried the One Way (peanut butter) last night. It tastes almost like the Detour, only better in my opinion. It is my opinion that the Detour and U-Turn don't taste as good as when they first were released. Andy > Kelley, > > The U-turn isn't too good to me, either, but that Detour bar......I like it! Guest guest
The bars I use the most are Detour, One Way or Balance Gold Crunch. At the most, I use them maybe 3 times per week but I do like them! I could actually eat them 3 times a day if I thought I'd make good progress like that. :-) Sara

Guest guest
I tried a Nitro-Tech bar today by Muscletech and it was AWESOME. Tasted better than any other bar I've tried. Expensive though, compared to some other bars... so will only buy again for emergencies or a special treat. I hear that Muscletech's Meso-Tech bars are good too and not quite as pricy. --
