Guest guest
HI Jim et al,I've done MMS1 and had good results, but stopped after a few months because its timing conflicts with my time-released C (as in S & C) was causing me to stay up too late and chasing it with food in the evening for stomach comfort was sabotaging weight issues. I think I read here that someone had encapsulated pool shock (MMS2) and got to thinking that I might be able to do that more simply in the small hours without waking myself up quite so much as the mixing/activating and timing of MMS1. Am I understanding this correctly? Does one need to activate MMS2 the same way or not? I have a bag of pool shock, but never paid any attention to its use and prep as different from MMS1, as I was going along nicely on other protocols. Just had it 'in case'. Now I seem to be having some old, returning mycoplasma issues (after rifing all the mycos, really unpleasant herxes in my hands) and want to know, after this herx passes, if MMS2 is good for finisher of mycoplasma. I hate having long-gone symptoms return. Am hoping it's a peeling-the-onion thing, but hurtin' hands really get to me.Thanks for any suggestions.Be well,Léna
