Dear CIGNA Provider,

Beginning January 1, 2012,

AIM will no longer manage diagnostic imaging services

on behalf of CIGNA. 

AIM will accept

diagnostic imaging requests for dates of service through

December 31, 2011 (on or before) for CIGNA members.

AIM will continue processing

claims on behalf of CIGNA until June 29, 2012 for imaging services

covered under the AIM program that are provided on or before December

31, 2011. Claims that are submitted to AIM for dates of service on or

after January 1, 2012 will be

denied.

To initiate a request for

a diagnostic imaging service that is being provided on or after January

1, 2012, please contact CIGNA Customer Service at .
