Guest guest
Today I weighed in and lost .8 pound! I was happy, considering that there were two birthday parties this week (mine) where I ate in moderation and with good planning. Then my leader asked if I thought the WW range was realistic for me. It goes up to 145 for my height. She thinks maybe 150 might be better for me. I was bummed. Does she think I can't do it? Does that happen that your goal weight is too low? I set mine at 140 which I weighed and maintained about 7 years ago. I felt very healthy at that weight. Physically and mentally. I couldn't talk to her more about it, because she was weighing in people. I don't stay for meetings because I always have a three-year-old in tow (a very-and-constantly-verbally-expressive-three-year-old) so that time was out, too. Any suggestions for re-setting my goal weight, or should I keep my dream? Ellen
