Guest guest
Prolapse of the bladder and/or uterus can also be attributed to having two children very close together and the subsequent weakening of the muscles of the pelvic floor. I had that, too, Kelli. Ask your OB/Gyn about it. There are alternatives to surgery, like a pessiary (don't know if that's spelled right) which is a device that holds everything up until the muscles regain strength. I actually did nothing, and after a year, everything was back to normal. Mine wasn't bad, just some prolapse when I sat down to go to the bathroom. I wasn't " falling out " or anything. Talk to your doctor and see what your options are! __________________________________________________
Guest guest
Kellie I also had a prolapsed uterus...which pulled Mr Bladder on out with it...I had surgery almost 4 years ago and thank god everything is fine......before the surgery I was wetting myself all the time...now I wonder if my TC had anything to do with all of it...2 years after my bladder repair, I had a recta seal...which is when the muscle weakens that holds the wall between the vagina and the rectum...and it collapsed....that was fun....I had that repaired also and have had nor problem with any of that....now it the tethered cord that is giving me all the trouble...I feel like the human lemon..hahaha well...lets laugh and get on with life......
