I drink Ginkgo Biloba tea for the last couple of yrs. All the research I've done on it says that it not only increases the brain circulation, but it also helps to repair the endothelium (inner walls) of the blood vessels, even the major coronaries.

Real Age Tip of the day - heart health

I thought this was applicable, since many of us have issues with health heart after years of poor thyroid treatment....

Superb Tea Service

Serve your guests some gourmet teas this season and you may help make their hearts healthier. Black, green, and herbal teas all are rich in heart-healthy flavonoids. According to studies, frequent tea consumption may have favorable effects on the heart's endothelium, the thin layer of cells that line the heart. Healthy endothelium can help protect the heart from cardiovascular disease.
