Most people (possibly not all) do better with their Frees in the UPPER normal range, so if you're in the low normal range, the doctor is still giving these figures as normal. Try to post them when you get them.

my free t3's and free t4's

Hey All,

My doctor finally called me back after a week and a half. He told me what my frees where over the phone. I can't really remember. Imagine that! He said that my 4's were normal, but my 3's were low. He said I was welcome to come by and get a copy, so when I get that, I will post them here. I also have a hernia. I imagine at some point that will call for another surgery. I guess I will see when I go back to my gastric bypass surgeon.

I'm still not sure what to tell my teenagers pediatrician. Since there TSH came back normal, if I should have her test their frees and why?

Thanks,

P.S. Since my free 3 is low, what do I need to do? My doctor just wanted me to talk to my gastric bypass surgeon about it. Thanks!
