M1 1/2 cup 2% CC, 4oz cherry sauce, 1 Tb Almond Accents M2 3.5 oz chicken salad, 1/2 WW pita pocket M3 3 oz chopped grilled turkey cutlet over salad greens w/mushrooms and grape tomatoes, lite dressing, peach M4 Grilled chicken breast, plum, raw veggies (red/yellow peppers, celery, baby carrots, broccoli) M5 Pan seared Salmon, romain salad, olive oil & lemon, sauteed squash w/vadalia onions (can't wait, can't wait, can't wait!) I actually haven't purchased the EFL book yet, but I think I will hit & Noble with some of my Xmas mad money. The stuff you have posted sounds really good! Jen B. > Here's today's menu.
