its been two month of using ginger tea or capsules,,works well for me, and im free of EN by now,,, since i start doing this wonder herb,,, and i guess i will include it till the rest of my life,,,,,,

just a simple ginger bolied a few mins. w/water add honey sweetened to taste and be free of EN,, thats how it simple works for me,,, i've been dealing w/this about 7 years,, now all those red spots on my legs are gone but it leaves a brown color of memory mark,,, i was so excited to tell this to everybody but i have to be so sure,,,,, i hope it will work for everyone,,, im a chef on a cruise lines,, im just a filipino,,running out of english to tell,,,,hoping for everyone will be the same,,,,

Seems it is an anti-inflammatory and good for digestive problems. Since EN is an

inflammation of the fat cells and various digestive problems are associated with

EN, if that is YOUR trigger I can see how this could work for you. I'm so happy
