Guest guest Posted July 17, 2012 Report Share Posted July 17, 2012 Ok, folks, I am making head way on our quest to set up an annual event via Webinar for a Misophonia Conference. All welcome. When: October Where: On Line To DO: Main Presentation, 90 minutes, several key speakers with power point, Skype, more, with pre-registered guests attending, up to 1000 members can attend this session. FOLLOWING: Over a few days, small events, up to 100 people, can attend Special Sessons, for 90 minutes, Presentations, then Q and A. There will probably be about 8 Sessions, first 100 to register can attend. COST: We will ask for minimum $10 donation per session, others may be more generous, via paypal or credit card, you must pre register to receive information to attend the Main Presentation and Special Sessions. NEED: SUbmit names of speakers/presenters you feel would be good choices for the venue. Possible special sessions will include Neurobiofeedback, Misophonia Management Protocol, Issues with Employment & Your ADA Rights, Relationships, Teenagers with Miso, and more. What you need to attend: Computer and phone for dialing in for the audio portion. You will receive a phone number to call and a special log in password to join the sessions. The basic cost for this convention is going to run about $1400. We will need to be sure that enough people attend to cover the costs and extra funds raised will go to the Misophonia Association non profit application fees and costs.
