The recipient has a living donor and we are tentatively scheduling for May. 1.) Do I obtain the prior authorization directly from the Provider Online Service Center? 2.) Since I do not have a specific date of transplant yet, can I still obtain prior authorization now w/out a specific date? Thank you, in advance, for the help!
