What a f8*^ing PAIN in the A**!!!

is at the point where I have to finally admit to myself that I cannot do

this without drugs for his anxiety and his ocd and sleep stuff. So I finally

make the dreaded call to 's pediatrician, who doesn't want to prescribe

anything due to his unfamiliarity with the drugs, which is cool with me. The

peds office sugggests calling the psych.

I call the psych, and it turns out they are a psychOLOGIST, not a

psychIATRIST, which means that she can't call in the meds either. So she says

she'll call teh ped, and see if he'll write them on her reccomendation. No

dice. She calls me back, and suggests I call the neuro that sees for 10

minutes a year, and see if he'll call them in.

I call, and leave a message with a nurse. The nurse misses me, and tags me

back. We play phone tag for 3 days. I finally get a hold of her, and she says

that she will get a message to the neuro, and we'll know at the earliest on

Monday. Hopefully, he'll call in the scrip for the Risperdal. Unfortunately,

it'll prolly end up being us waiting until 's referral to see a

psychiatrist is approved, which could be 4-6 months away.

I HATE the round and round with this stuff. Send me to ONE doctor, and have

him/her be the one I deal with. Goddess, this is SO annoying....
