I was to see an endocronologist today, but after arriving for my appointment I was told my GP's office made an error on the date and its next month. So it will be 3 months from the date of diagnosis to when I am able to see this doctor. I don't know if I am in the right place for information and support. I hope so though. Guest guest
I just did Lower Body Bootcamp today. I haven't done that one in a while. It's funny how wraps the bands around his neck and such....I get all tangled up! I just got my new Collage catalog and I've been looking at all the Tae bo workouts....it's so hard to choose what to get next when one is on a limited budget! My eating is still going very well. I'm so happy I've finally lined up my workouts with good eating and I'm EXPECTING fine results! Have a great day! Regina

Guest guest
I also have a daughter that started showing some yeast symptoms. She is NT and developing very nicely but we were very concerned by the rashes and some other yeast symptoms. With her, we started giving a lot of probiotics and biotin. So far that seems to have worked very well for her. Rashes are going away and so are other yeast symptoms. We also try to avoid a lot of starchy foods for her just as a precaution. But she still drinks some rice milk and eats a lot of fruits.I would recommend you start probiotics, biotin, and some omega 3 supplement and see how that does. Maybe that is all the support you need for your son. I have always thought excema is eithr yeast related or food allergy related. Do you suspect any food allergies with your NT son? From: Houston <m_jhouston333@ yahoo.com>Subject: Re: HelloTo: mb12 valtrex@ yahoogroups. comDate: Thursday, February 5, 2009, 10:35 PM Hi,When my son stimulates himself it is always yeast. I have heard many others post similar observations and the correlation with yeast flare up. I don't think washing will help. I think the yeast is coming from the inside and working its way out of the skin. We can usually control this along with all of his other yeast related symptoms with diet, anti-fungal supplements and medicines. Is there any correlation with that behavior and other behaviors or rashes or bowel movement issues? We tried not to show our displeasure with our son when he does those type of things. Don't want him to feel bad about it and develop some psychological issues especially since I think he cannot control it. It probably just itches like crazy... not sure. To: mb12 valtrex@ yahoogroups. comSent: Thursday, February 5, 2009 5:30:21 PMSubject: Hello I have a daughter that was diagnosed with moderate autism on June 2008. Since then we started the biomedic treatment with a DAN! doctor. We still haven't seen a great progress but we are hanging in there. My main concern is that she (my daughter) rub her front genitals, and we can't make her stop, is not evereyday but still is doing it, it really bothers me and she knows that mommy doesn't like that. Can be the yeast?? I clean her very good and doesn't seem to be red or itchi. Can anyone help me with an advice??? Thank you so much and God Bless you all! Guest guest
I think even our NT kids have symptoms that our kids with autism do. You may consider rotational allergen free diet with your child along with addressing fungal infections. Excema is just another indicator that the immune system is reacting. Re-establishing gut flora will be important. But also rotating foods for the reactive gut will help. My NT daughter showed so many signs at birth, yeast infections, wheezing. We did everything for her that we did for our affected son. She thankfully is developing well, but also no longer shows signs of fungal infections. > > > Subject: Re: Hello > To: mb12 valtrex > Date: Thursday, February 5, 2009, 10:35 PM > > > > > > > > > Hi, > > When my son stimulates himself it is always yeast.
