Soliris has been approved this September by the FDA for the

treatment of Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome – it is an infusion medication.

Where would I be able to find the information on if approved

by Medicare and if any kind of prior authorization needed? (Patient has

Medicare A & B and a Medicare supplemental plan).
