Guest guest
Soliris has been approved this September by the FDA for the treatment of Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome – it is an infusion medication. Where would I be able to find the information on if approved by Medicare and if any kind of prior authorization needed? (Patient has Medicare A & B and a Medicare supplemental plan). Thanks so much! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Ms. Daryl Battin, MSW/LICSW Financial Coordinator/Social Worker Department of Transplantation Lahey Clinic, 41 Mall Road, Burlington MA 01805 Ph: Page: FAX: Q Please consider the environment before printing this email See our web page at http://www.lahey.org for a full directory of Lahey sites, staff, services and career opportunities.
