Guest guest
Hi Jim, I've been making kefir for several years. In this heat my grains are reproducing like rabbits. Right now I have 3 pints of kefir culturing--two in the fridge and one on the counter. And I have almost two gallons of homemade kefir in the fridge. We can't drink it fast enough to keep up with its growth right now. It'll settle down some once the weather cools a bit. I love the stuff. It's a very tasty part of my anti-yeast diet. Important to use fresh Kefir grains, not the Kefir starter in boxes... Very nice people, good kefir grainsand very reasonable price...The 'Buy It Now" price of $5.99, includes shipping andyou get your grains shipped out quickly... You get good kefir grains that will last a lifetime if you take care of them!! These are all the auctions this seller has open:http://shop.ebay.com/dajabon/m.html?_nkw= & _armrs=1 & _from= & _ipg= & _trksid=p4340This is one of the best food things we can do for Lyme! Once you buy the kefir grains and some glass jars (quart size is best), you only need to feed thesegrains good fresh milk and they will last a lifetime! You need some quart canning jars or any glass jars will do to make the kefir in.... Enjoy the kefir!!Jim
