Gray matter disease & small vessel disease

I'm in the hospital now and had an MRI and it showed gray matter disease and small vessel disease according to the Radiologist. He said it was consistant with lyme disease which was a shock.

Has anyone else been dx'd with either of these? Are these reversible? I'm really scared with everything that has happened today.

I'm too sick to go into it but can't talk or walk. I will be having more tests tomorrow.

Anyone with info I would really appreciate it.
