writing a paper on gfcf diet need help

I have a friend who is getting her masters in special education. Since we are such good friends and she has a vested interest in my son. She wants to do her paper on the gfcf diet. And the benefits. I have told her the basics but if any of you pros have some web sites that would benefit her please let me know. She would love for her professors to hear the good news of this. Because she tells them all the time how it has helped but of course they are still old school. We want to sway there opinion. Sorry so long. thanks for your help
