OT: detoxing Re: new to rifing

Thank you, Susie, for such a nice warm welcome! Like you, I don't detox well

either. I use coffee enemas 2x/week and castor oil packs on my abdomin every day

for one hour...and charcoal when it gets bad. I'm on a bunch of stuff for

inflammatory cytokins: fibroboost, glutathione suppositories, quercitine,

lumbrokinase. Do you have any detox recommendations?
