Guest guest Posted March 4, 1999 Report Share Posted March 4, 1999 I have no info/exp with Clindamycin but get horrible ringing in ears from some of the anti-inflammatories I have been on. What other meds are you on? Have you checked out side effects lists on drug info at sites like www.healthgate.com or www.medicinenet.com or www.medscape.com Some of these you have to register to use but they are free, also there are other drug info sites to use. I have heard gingko extract helps with this but have not tried it myself. Hope this helps LizG PS I find on the days I take my minocycline the ringing gets worse a few hours after the dose and stays worse for a few hours. Don't know if this is from the mino or if it is aggravating the effect of the anti-inflammatories. The anti-infl's are notorious for thisa side effect. Also noticed mino seems to increase sensitivity to sound for several hours after the dose is felt and bet it is magnifying the ringing too!
