Guest guest
Hi all.. First off welcome to all the new members!!! You have joined a wonderful family. I have been MIA off and on, I do apologize. With helping to take care of mom and flaring off and on has not helped with much. Since I haven't been around for a bit I dont know if this has been brought up or not... I have recently found out we are pregnant. I have stopped taking the MTX and Humira about a month ago. It wasn't working anymore, they where hoping to get me into a research group, but that is not going to happen now. That is my decision and I am okay with it. My question is... Does anyone know, or can anyone remember from the older members. Is there a chance that your body can go into remission with being pregnant? or get worse? This was totally unplanned. I was always told I could never get pregnant. I am happy and excited, but I am also very scared due to the Still's.. I am only about 7weeks along. I was told by my pcp's office to get off the Voltarin and not take any anti-inflammitories. Right now they are treating me like a drug seeker, which I am not I am trying my hardest to get information on the medications I am on. So until I can get into my OB/GYN I am not getting any support. My Specialist in Denver is away at conference, but knows what is going on. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Love to all of you (((((((((((((())))))))))))))) soft gentle hugs Kelley in Colorado
Guest guest
Hey chainsaw Kel! So happy for your news. I don't have any personal experience but have read it can go either way with pregnancy and Still's or RA. Some get better or some worse. There have been a couple at the group here who have or are going through pregnancy so maybe they will read and chime in with their experience. I do hope there is something for your relief of pain though. So nice to hear from you again. Biggest hugs, Any help would be helpful Since I haven't been around for a bit I dont know if this has been brought up or not... I have recently found out we are pregnant. My question is...
