Diagnosis Confusion

I just got back from the PCP and she called it vasculitis,

but not a damaging type so now I am confused… According to the actual

pathology report, whatever is going on with me it was referred to as vasculitis

of the fatty tissues. So, is that what Erythema Nodosum is? Or is that the

interpretation of the Dermatologist? Oh and she gave me my 3rd shot

of steroid. No pills because I am already have stomach issues.
