I am mostly a lurker and have been following the Allantoin thread. I

have an additional question about it. Can Allantoin be used

effectively in powder form in the percents recommended?

Allantoin is used in powder form in various talc especially in the baby

talcs and prickly heat Talcum powders. Normally the dosage level is between

0.1 -0.2%. It actually synergise the antipuritic effect of Zinc Oxide and

calamine when it is used along with them.

There are lot of international brands are available in the market.
