Guest guest
I had bad ear ringing for a while.Ginkgo biloba is often good for ear ringing, since it helps to get more blood to the inner ear and is also an antioxidant. but it can interact with other medications and herbs. The arches formula site has some articles on it. medium doses of zinc can help, the inner ear needs zinc. anything that improves circulation, since ear ringing is often from inadequate blood supply to the inner ear. if your blood pressure is low, raising it can help. I had to get on Florinef for my orthostatic hypotension, and that made the ear ringing go way down. as a very strange solution, Piracetam (a nootropic) is good for ear ringing since it decreases fibrin and improves circulation. detoxing also helps my ear ringing. the ringing often gets worse when I am herxing and better after I detox. Ear ringing is so hard to deal with. Do you have the problem where you can't sleep on your side, since you need both ears to be exposed to the fan noise? I have not been getting enough sleep, since it's uncomfortable sleeping only on my back. I've been able to sleep on my side a little in the morning lately. My boyfriend and I had a huge argument including some Lyme rage on my part last Saturday, and that made my ear ringing worse for a few days. Stress is bad for it. I take warm salt baths at night and it has calmed the stinging/crawling sensations, I think the magnesium helps. I also use a loofah/brush and skin brush, this helps w/circulation/lymph system. I wish I could find something that would cure the ringing in my ears, I would love to be able to sleep soundly w/o the buzzing/ringing all the time, it doesn't bother me during the day because I'm surrounded by noise, but nights are horrible. I have to have a fan on continually so the noise drowns out the ringing.
