Could you recommend a book that I can learn how to use the pendulum testing?

Also, is it possible to use the pendulum testing on somebody else as well, or

only on myself? (for instance I want to test which supplements are good for my

son and which not).

I tried to learn the " O " ring muscle testing and also with the arm, but I never

get consistent results, so I am hoping the pendulum testing might be better?
