Guest guest
Last post on this much to late night posting frenzie... We have several kids on our WA group that have improved significantly in the last few years using our docs. There is an update thread going on several of the kids....one that was asked for an update was . Thought I'd send you the post so you could see too... For those new, In the last 4 years we've been through gut healing incl good diets & enzymes, standard mineral/amino acid/misc probiotics & yeast/fungal killers incl Pau d'arco/good fats including CLO, Flax, Cocunut oil, Evening Primrose oil and a period on Yes oils/glyconutrients/ 2 years of chelation including IV DMPS, DMSA 3/11 rounds (for a year), Chlorella, Cilantro for a short while....then moved to anti-viral/anti-bacterial (esp LDM-100 w/various periodic add ons) w/a bit of anti parisitic & Lyme treatments along the way in the last 5 years...3 of those years with DrA. I'll work on Lorina, her post was awesome! Here's the latest update: I just came from DrA's last night. 's doing GREAT. The recent labs have been very helpful too. The good news...bacteria & viruses are no longer a stressor (wow..that was a tough 2 years) and his organ stresses are considerably reduced. The bad news is these darn toxic metals...back to some heavy hitting chelation through the summer. At this point it's looking like DMPS injections every 2 weeks w/pulsed OSR...and maybe some DMSA. His current supplement protocol is really good for him and he's doing generally VERY well. Once those toxic metals are further reduced...looks like we'll be on the home streach. We are continuing with QN with DrE + we have just started on her plant stem cells (DrA is also seeing great things...so is orina...we just got off the phone...you should see how well Zander is doing as well on them). She said is unique as his body wants both the detox and the support so he's on 3 now and moving to 5...1 drop a day for each...the only reason he's not on all 5 is because she was out of 2 ( In school we are working on reducing his Para aide hours. He blew his teacher away last week. Everyone in the class was suppose to write a play with 3 characters, pick the actors from the class then direct it. He did the whole thing (she said it was a good play). She told me she wishes she had a camera as she was open mouthed shocked when he stopped one of the actors because he was not expressive enough in doing the part. He acted out how he wanted it played then made the actor redo it like him ;o) Last weekend I was amazed (wish my video wasn't broken). had a neighbor over, they set up the pirate ship and the aircraft carrier and were playing capture (fighter jet bombings and all). The interaction and correct play was amazing. For the 1st time I let the kids go out front using the buddy system to play with the neighbors while I did the dishes and made dinner....wow...one can get so much done when the kids are playing so nicely ) Lastly, the only complant my husband has is me using " I " instead of " we " when talking to a family on the beach last Sunday when I said " I " am recovering my son's Autism as the couple looked at in amazement. My school concern is in one more year and I'm facing a 800+ middle school with 6 different teachers/classes. I am concerned he will not be up for this much personal responsiblity in a NT gen ed environment...including raging hormones and some bullying of undesirable classmates that we are/and have been dealing with the last couple of years (these nasty kids have collaborated together some horrible things against 's best friends...it has all affected ). I've just started contacting the school. Not done....but things have definately gotten even better!! Rita
