Which light to start with?

Having just gotten home from the FABULOUS LIA conference (Thank you Tami and

everyone else!!), I am getting a jump on my 20+ item to do list.

First question: which light device is the best one to start with? Red laser

pointer, green laser pointer, Health Light?
