Guest guest
Hi Lena, Thanks for the tip on using DE for bed bugs... I would ever use huge amounts of pesticides in my home this chemical companies are using to rid them.. Kill the bugs, breath these toxins forever. I don't know how something that virtually was eliminated as a problem has now become such a huge problem! I've heard they are now in lower 48 states, not sure about AK and HI. They don't fly, so how did they get all over this country! Here are some links about bed bugs put out by New York City... Notice they concentrate on sealing up cracks in the house, so clearly they know these bugs travel from the outside to the inside, we don't have to bring them in.. http://www.nyc.gov/html/doh/downloads/pdf/vector/bed-bug-guide.pdf http://www.nyc.gov/html/doh/downloads/pdf/vector/vector-faq1.pdf And here is a link talks about bed bugs exploding in NYC! http://www.wpix.com/news/local/wpix-bed-bugs-on-the-rise,0,2726280.story Niketown and Stern's studio in NYC have been infested by these creatures, they have nothing to do with furniture! And here is a good FAQ about bed bugs.. http://www.nysipm.cornell.edu/whats_bugging_you/bed_bugs/bedbugs_faqs.asp#whatar\ e Good night, sleep tight, don't let the bed bugs bite... :-) Jim > > > > > > > I am not sure whether this is me or mosquitos (no-see-um's?). > > > > > > > > Some nights, about 15-30 minutes after I turn out the lights and > > get > > > > in bed, I start to feel like I'm being bitten by a lot of small > > > > insects at once all over my body. > > > > > > > > I used to get up and put natural insect repellent on, and it would > > > > die down; but I realized that it stops after a few minutes > > whether I > > > > put on insect repellent or not, so I just wait it out. > > > > > > > > Is there any chance this could be coming from my own body, not > > > > insects?
