Guest guest
Copper is a problem for us too, so say the test results. I haven't approached it through diet. Can you give examples of foods high in copper? We do avoid high levels of salicylic acid and it makes a tremendous difference. Thanks. Guest guest
Here is a list of high copper foods. Interestingly, many of the same foods are on the high oxalate list. But, as I said before, we've been able to reintroduce the high oxalate foods not on this list (and even some of these foods--for example many fruits, poultry, leafy green vegetables) but I'm beginning to realize my son craves many of these foods (beans especially) and when his diet has them in, he seems to have more emotional periods than when they're out of the diet. * Whole grain cereals * Legumes * Oysters * Organ meats * Cherries * Dark chocolate * Fruits * Leafy green vegetables * Nuts * Poultry * Prunes * Soybeans * Tofu * Organ meats, * Shellfish, * Nuts * Legumes. > > > Hi! > > > > Just curious if anyone has any experience eliminating high copper > > foods out of the diet and the benefits?
