Guest guest
That is something I had wanted to post also, but it's so gross. I cough this up occasionally, mine are the shape and consistancy of that stuff you get in ish broth soup. I do my physio under the shower, cough everything that I can while the bathroom is steamed up like a sauna. The nodule type things I cough up, I sometimes squeeze between my thumb and finger, smells like old cheese, I know gross. I described this to my family physician and he squinched his face and said, do you have to go into detail? Karin > > This rather a gross question but - here it is anyway. Has anyone out there that has bronchiectasis ever coughed up - instead of mucus - a hard little thing - that resembles the shape of a very small/thin noodle and has a very bad odor? Sorry to ask this question ..... but I have done this a couple of times over a long period of time. It is not something that regularly happens. I was just wondering if it is just something that happens to me or not. > > Thanks > Donna > >
