Hi Kim,

I get that cold that feels like it goes right to

the bone, too. And it seems worse in this

wet climate I live in which is near Seattle.

When I go to dry San Diego to visit, it doesn't

seem quite so bad. But I also have Reynauds'

in my hands and feet, which doesn't help!

Warm water is about all that really helps me

too, unless I can tolerate warm soft cloth.

Good thing Spring is here, except for the

allergies! Have a good day (all).

Take care,

Judy

Kim,

I have worn Birkenstocks for a long time; they

have the best arch support. I usually wear

socks with them unless it's hot out. It can

be 80 out and my feet can be cold and bluish.

It really freaked-out my mother-in-law @ first!

Take care,

Judy

Tracey,

It's friday and i see sun!!!!! It peeks out of the dark clouds, but I'll

take it. I've joked about going to a tanning salon to brighten me up. If it

sticks around I'll gladly share it with you!!!

Judy,

I'll try that. I have found that sneakers for volleyball are the best for

my feet. I only bought them because they were too good to pass up and I was

hoping to play volleyball again. Horseback riding too. I'm grumpy today. Pain

is coming back in my back the real bad pain . I took muscle relaxers so now

I'm witchie. I hate my back when it does that. Chiro tuesday he helps,

though. I just realized I run at the lips. sorry.

can you see the sun???

take care kim

Kim,

I have a little sun peeking through today. But they are calling for more

showers. Hope not! I laid out in the sun twice already. It hurt terribly

but I need some color. Would like to give it a try today but don't think

the sun's gonna be out too long.

Please, please send the rain to me. We are so dry I don't really have any

pasture for the horses. And buying hay is expensive. There was a fire

across the road Saturday night. They even had to bring in the helicopters

with the chemical drops.

So just wish the weather my way.

Hi Kim,

Yes, the sun is trying to break through after

a couple days of rain - good for my flowers!

My back is hurting from gardening. It aggravates the back

injury/slight disc bulge

from a nursing related injury. The sciatica

is acting up down the back of my `good' leg.

Oh well. As I say to my doc, " there's people

worse off than me " and he answers, " well that

doesn't do YOU any good. " He's a sweetie.

I hope it works for you.

Take care,

Judy

Kim,

Tanning salons are another way of getting

quick warmth. I know someone who goes

for that reason. I haven't tried it but that

toasty warm to the feet without anything

touching sounds good. That portable

foot spa (with the bubbles, of course) is nice

if you don't have time/feel up to a bath.

Kim,

Sometimes I do get heartburn. But I have

something called `delayed gastric emptying'

meaning just that. I tend to have nausea alot.

I have things that help it.

Judy
