Guest guest
I am going through the exact same thing. I was making great progress in August. I took a coil break for 5 days and it got hit with anxiety SOOOO bad I can't sleep and can't get rid of it. No supplements are helping. I was suspicious of Chlorella that I tried. I am also suspicious of the Fall Equinox (fall flare?). Nothing is helping. This is the worst I have been and coiling isn't helping (maybe making worse). Guest guest
, I was also considering the possibility of coiling itself being a problem, but it defies logic--I was doing extremely well while coiling, and these symptoms only arose when I took a one week break. So I've been thinking either the Lyme has come back with renewed strength because I hadn't gotten it all, or some coinfection has presented itself. I'm going to try a full session for Ehrlichia this afternoon, as I understand anxiety is a major symptom of that. Just thought I'd let you know. I'll post if I get any results. Guest guest
@tpwalters2001, Stolar says Lyme really flares before the Autumn Equinox. The equinox is Sept 23rd so we are approaching it fast. I do have a strong suspicion that our sudden increase in anxiety is caused by bugs flaring before the equinox. I am going to try to keep coiling.
Guest guest
Peggy, have you ruled out babesia? Babesia can really mess with the head. And can also cause i believe right rib area pain. Thane
Guest guest
Hi Thane, No I haven't worked on babesia. I intended to do that, but had been concentrating on bartonella and Lyme. I believed I had eradicated bartonella since I'd coiled twice a day for over a month past the time I'd last had a herx from doing so. I knew Lyme couldn't possibly be gone, so taking a break from coiling was just an experiment. A very bad idea, as it turns out. My two theories are that either Lyme has come back strong--maybe some cysts have burst, or I've reduced my bacterial load sufficiently that something previously in the background now has room to make its presence known--and to make my life miserable. I didn't know babesia could mess up the head, so I need to put that on my list. I still think I'm done with bartonella. So I coiled this morning for Lyme, a full body session. suggested Ehrlichia, so that's next. Then I'll hit babesia. Right now the fact that I might end up with the herx from hell is the least of my worries--I just want to be able to sleep, and to get past this "jumping out of my skin" nightmare. Guest guest
Does anyone know if it is just lyme that flares in the spring and fall? Or do some of the coinfections become more active too? I understand that lyme keeps the co's knocked back, but if lyme is knocked back, do the coinfections have an accelerated reproductive rate in the spring and fall too?
