Guest guest
You are right on about this ! When you think about it, killing organisms is going to leave a lot of dead bodies and thus toxins, we are already dealing with the excrement from live organism, so this only adds to our toxic load... If you kill to many pathogens at once, you just might kill yourself while doing it... The body can only take so much... Dealing with tough herxes all of the time is only needlessly making you sick... After I learned my lesson about over - killing in my first 6 months of treating, I found on my typical day I will try for just a base hit... I want to remain in front of this disease, but I don't want to be overly sick doing it... Then occasionally, I will swing for the fences, looking to make a home run and gain some of my health back.. I may spend several days doing this, but I am ready for it, have detoxed in advance and drinking tonz of water and I am feeling okay... After I've had my big fling, I am back to the base hits again... This has served me well and most of the time I am not sick from tough herxes.... It is a little different with Bartonella, that is one fast growing disease and we have to swing for home runs with it... But for Lyme, it is not necessary to make ourselves needlessly ill by constantly killing to many organisms at once, Lyme is a slow reproducer...
