Named after my first feline son. I used that name hoping to remember it. Guess wel will find out. Luv those pictures of your babies. Guess you know that 18 lbs. feels like 18 tons after awhile. (:]! Of course you would move them, the though is unacceptable; never mind that your leg has fallen asleep. Now isn't that fun when you move and your leg gets awake. Yikes. Hope to see you and all the other owls tonight. I don't know any of the screen names though. If you see me, give me a yell. Heidi
Guest guest
Hi , Thanks, I try to keep some humor. I would complain, but no one will listen. Oh well. Concerning the blocks, I completely understand wanting to keep your treatment holistic, however, I have had this crap for 10 years. I didn't receive lumbar blocks until about 2 years ago. I was also very critical about the procedure. I was absolutely sure that it would not help, but that I would die or at the very least end up more crippled. Much to my chagrin, they actually helped. I must stress that the first two were ineffectual. However, after the third, I noticed a little bit of improvement. After the sixth one, I was a converted beliver. Although they are not effective for everyone, they should not be ruled out. I sincerely hope that you will consider giving them a chance. They will not make your foot/leg numb and it definetely does not play with your mind like many of the meds do. If in fact you really do have rds, and it surely sounds like you do, please treat this as aggressively as you possibly can. Mabey you can't stop it but I believe you can slow it down! As for being a mom to Hailey (who by the way is adorable) please remember that it's not what you do with her, it's that you are there to be with her. My story is too long and involved for now, but I tell you from experience, just having you there is what is important. As for my boys, (ok the cats) they are what keeps me sane? and what keeps me going. Hey, have you ever had 4 hungy little guys walking on you on trying to wake you up at 8 am to feed them. Do I have a choice? All you animal lovers can relate. Speaking of, my Misha has taken over the keyboard................. oops

Guest guest
I forgot to check on line this morning but will try to remember next 2 am. I guess that would be Saturday but if one doesn't sleep when does Friday end? My screen name is felicet8678 or it should be felicet867. Try either one. I have to take pictures this weekend. Most of mine where lost in the move last April and I don't have pictures of all my cats. I am afraid to take indoors pictures of some of them as they would have a heart attack from the flash and I wouldn't see them for days. Such sensitive creatures. I am lucky that no one sleeps down by my legs. I have one that hugs an arm and one that will get on my chest and like to put his claws on my face. Got to love them.
