I didn't know you needed a lawyer for religious exemption in certain states. I

live in land and we did sign a wavier for religious exemption. Good luck to

Hi All, I am currently enrolling my 2 year old daughter into a

Montessori school in the city of Chicago. I have not vaccinated her

because her twin brothers are on the spectrum and honestly I just

don't believe in them at all anymore. We are in need of a Lawyer in

Chicago who can help us with the religious exemption. I have one

month to do this. Can anyone give me a name of a lawyer who has

I regards to the land waiver:

You can get them from you Doctor or you can just wait until you register for

school. One of my twins is in the public ECI program and the other goes to

private nursery school, when I registered them the school mailed to us a

record of vaccination form. At the bottom of the form is the religious

waiver. This was over a year ago and we have never been questioned.

I'm not sure how things work with private schools (assuming that the Montessori

school you refer to is private), but with the public schools, you do NOT need a

Lawyer to write a Religious exemption in IL. Hopefully, the same holds true

for private schools.

We live in IL (Naperville) and I just wrote the religious exemption myself with

no problems.
