Guest guest Posted January 25, 2002 Report Share Posted January 25, 2002 I couldn`t wait to tell you all... At Weigh in I LOST 3.6 lbs!!!!! I`m flying high! Diann :-) Hi I am Diann and I joined WW on 1\03\02. I am carrying 65 lbs more around than I need to . So I started walking on the treadmill 20 minutes a day sometimes twice a day(exercising is new to me :-),drowned my self in water :-).Ate on the high end of my points and GAINED .02 lbs the first week. Though I was feeling pretty good...more energy etc.. So the second week I continued the treadmill everyday upped the speed to 2-4 mph and incline 1-6 added weight bearing exercises every other day ,drank more than 8 glasses of water and ate at the low end of my points...I only lost 1.8 pounds! BUT I was feeling very healthy mentally and physically. My leader said to eat at my high end with all the exercise I am doing to lose weight. I told her I was not hungry,she said to lose weight I had to. So this week I have eaten at the high end of points...drank the water...treadmill...weight bearing exercises...I FEEL Horrible! Physically and Mentally. Tomorrow is weigh in and I know I will just cry if I gain or stay the same after all the hard work. It is hard to see friends who started the same day as you already loose 5-8 lbs. AND THEY DON`T EXERCISE! I know that those little fat cells of mine have little hands and are just holding on for dear life and won`t let go. Does any one have any advise on how to grease the fat cells little fingers and make them go of me ? :-) I know I can do it...I just feel so discouraged this is the first time I have ever tried to get rid of extra baggage and I can understand why people give up...but I don`t want to...Help :-0 ________________________________________________________________ GET INTERNET ACCESS FROM JUNO!
